In Munich, we are looking for you to join us in a full-time permanent position starting February 1st 2025 as Senior Software Engineer (all genders) at Consors Finanz.

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- You work closely with developers, product owners & enterprise architect to define the technical solution for new features.
- You drive and help conceptualize the cloud migration of the Onlinebanking platform.
- You lead code reviews to improve quality and promote learning opportunities.
- You mentor junior developers.
- You supervise and control external developers during sprints.
- You are responsible for the troubleshooting and the debugging to optimize performance and stability.
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- You have at least 6 years of technical experience working with the Java Spring framework and in building REST API’s
- Effective communication and teamwork are integral to your approach, as you actively engage with team members and customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions
- Proven experience in designing distributed systems, microservices and with cloud platforms
- Abilities to research and integrate new technologies
- Professional experience in agile methodologies would be a plus
- You are conceptually strong, work in a structured and solution-oriented way
- Fluent in english, ability to communicate in German is a plus
