Senior IT Business Analyst
Main responsibilities:
- Strong Business relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors;
- Act as consutant to help BNPP and users to find what is necessary to improve efficiency and deploy accurate applications based on the needs;
- Prepare, manage and report the activities;
- Work on both BAU and Project if necessary;
- Responsible for high level solution design and scope definition, leading the team in the requirements analysis process, elaboration of functional and technical specifications, monitoring of development deliveries, plan and execution of tests, User Acceptance support and deployment of solutions in production;
- Close work with internal/global technical teams (including but not limited to Architecture, Applications, Middleware, Network, Security) to identify existing solutions and integrations/developments required
- Responsible for the preparation of project study and business cases elaboration, providing support to the Business in the viability and implementation of new projects and submit Project in Investment Committee;
- Responsible for coordination in definition of Target System Architecture involving IT Projects, to submit project in Local and Global Architecture Committee approvals;
- Responsible for management of project planning, budget & risk control, elaboration of RFP's and SLA's, revision of contracts with suppliers, involving demands of projects, backlogs and support.
- Activities governance and monitoring in adherence to the IT Governance policies and standards;
- Manage IT and Cyber security risks related to the applications under his/her scope;
- Previous knowledge in banking products is fundamental for assertive inputs.
Position Requirements: - Advanced English;
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- IT Technical and Business experience;
- Previous experience in IT Finance Industry;
- Experience with business analysis, functional and architecture specification and application testing;
- Good background in Project Management;
- Good Communication and empathy;
- Strong Client and delivery driven.
