As a part of the TA IT team within Securities Services cluster you will contribute to providing new solutions for operational teams and be actively involved in technical discussions and decision making within development team.

This position will give you the unique opportunity to cooperate with dynamic, cross location squads of Business Analysts and Developers to ensure continuity and guarantee the quality and sustainability of the application.

Senior Developer

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • Extensive knowledge of IT development standards, methods, and tools:
    • Dev tools –JAVA microservice / JEE
    • Python
    • API/REST
    • Good to have knowledge on OS - Linux/AIX/Windows 
    • Oracle PL-SQL is an advantage.
    • Oracle components - Database, Analytics Server, WebLogic
    • Flow - IBM WebSphere and MQ, AXWAY CFT, WTX IBM
    • Cloud
  • Awareness of IT quality and security standards, functional and technical architecture rules
  • Proactiveness, accuracy and ability to work under time pressure
  • Communication and presentation skills to audiences of different levels of seniority
  • Fluency in English as working language
  • Expertise with cloud migration is an advantage
  • Agile working experience 
  • DEVOPS knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guideline and support to IT analyst and developer
  • Identify improvement and optimizations opportunities for 2 major applications in the BNP Paribas Security Services department
  • Be part of the delivery in Major project in the business core platforms
  • Communicate effectively with Architect, Security, Infrastructure team to design the correct infrastructure solution and evolution
  • Ensure the correct operation of application and compliance with security standards
  • Participate to the IT transformation program of the group, including move to DEVOPS, Agile, AI readiness
