Scrum Master

We are looking for skilled and motivated individual to join IT Private Capital team! As Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our dynamic multi-locations team. 

Working closely with the product owner and the development team, you will ensure that the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions, on schedule and on budget. 

Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Leading Scrum ceremonies and applying Agile methodology 
• Creating and maintaining project timelines 
• Identifying and managing potential risks 
• Monitoring Scrum KPIs 
• Removing impediments and assisting the project team 
• Managing interactions between project team and project stakeholders 
• Ensuring compliance with Agile and Scrum principles 
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement (coaching, mentoring) 

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience as Scrum Master 
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles, practices and tools (like e.g. Jira Lanta) 
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
• Excellent communication skills including fluency in English 
• Nice to have: knowledge of ALM Octane test management, Confluence, Private Capital business understanding, Front Invest Alternative solution
