Project Management Officer
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that supplier management of the team is in line with global processes, including:
- Financial monitoring
- Contract management
- Supplier relationship
- Maintenance of a supplier/software/contract repository
- Providing a synthetic view of supplier management during steering committees
- Consolidating and synchronizing the team’s resource repository and headcount trajectories
- Participating in the team’s budget management by:
- Consolidation of headcount trajectories and direct expenses
- Distribution of resources and direct expenses in Clarity tool
- Management of dashboards to monitor and report team’s budget
- Participating in and organizing team's steering committees
Requirements:
- You have more than 2 years of experience as a PMO, project manager or supplier manager within IT
- You are fluent in English language (C1)
- You specialise in MS Office tools, particularly in Excel
- You have good analytical skills
- You are proactive, autonomous, organized
- You can both analyze details and communicate a synthetic view
- You have experience in cooperating between different teams (managers, technical teams, other PMOs and supplier management teams, procurement, operational teams, etc.)
- Nice-to-have:
- You are proficient in contract and vendor management
- You have experience in Clarity project set up and management
- You can benefit from using SharePoint and Power BI
