Job Title: Assistant Manager

Department: Global Banking

About Business line/Function: Global Banking IT primarily serves Corporate Clients. The division encompasses key areas such as Payments and Cash Management, Trade Finance, Corporate Deposits, and Lending. With a team of approximately 700 employees based at BNP Paribas India Solutions, we cover a wide range of functions, including Development, Business Analysis, Testing, and Production Support. Our services cater to the Asia, Europe, and America regions.

Position Purpose: 

The person will be part of GIS team located in Mumbai. Analyst is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the deployment of .NET applications and related software to various environments (development & testing). This role ensures that deployments are smooth, efficient, and adhere to project timelines and quality standards. 

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Design and Development integration process (and sub process) allowing transformation, validation and enrichment of payment flows exchanged

  • Individual contributor role for technical environment management (Infra setup, Application deployments, Testing support, Environment housekeeping, technical obsolescence management and security vulnerability remediation) 
  • Infra setup and interface configuration 
  • Good experience in understanding of enterprise architecture applications. 
  • Responsible for environments setup ,End of Day testing and monitoring, job scheduling. 
  • Should be a quick learner. 
  • Liaise with BA team and Vendor team and co-ordinate from requirement analysis, investigation thru deployment phase. 
  • Liaise with Infra teams to manage environments from development to UAT and assist the team with infra setups. 
  • Assist the production team with production deployment and other monitoring. 
  • Banking domain Experience is highly advantageous. 
  • Further enhance, Trouble-shoot, understand & resolve problems related to existing systems in order to meet user requirements and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems. 
  • Have a good understanding of the Project Management life cycle and able to coordinate/drive the project deliverables with other teams as a support to the project manager. 
  • Responsible for deployment and L3 support activities for a vendor-based application.
