Position Purpose:
Position for Senior Software developer as java back end developer (Java, spring, hibernate, oracle sql, JEE). Developer is required to work on ADM assignments i.e. development, maintenance, unit testing and contribute in regression testing. Developer is required to adhere development guidelines and delivery processes defined for project.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· Study user requirement, develop specifications, design, code program, test and implement systems in line with Group standards and regulatory requirements IN ORDER TO meet user (business) requirements.
· Handle development/design projects using Java, J2EE, Oracle, Spring, Hibernate, DevOps tools (Jenkins) , Build Tool (Maven)
· Ensure thorough Unit test case coverage (Junit)
· Perform Estimation and Planning and Proactive Status reporting to the management at both Paris/India and ISPL ends
· Follow all the best practices and quality process of the project
· Work independently on the task assigned and if possible, also train other team members and Jr. resources on functional and technical topics.
Contributing Responsibilities
· Contribute to hiring by conducting technical interviews in ISPL
· Contribute in Code reviews and maintaining the quality of the application.

· Develop programs in optimal manner without compromising core architecture/design
· Should Work as an individual contributor in the project and support developers / tester on different technical queries.
· Make thorough impact analysis – impact study, possible regressions, Better unit test coverage
· Contribute in creating technical documentation and maintain in repository
· Work on the technologies efficiently and produce best fit deliveries
· Tech stack - Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, bitbucket, Junit, DevOPS (Nice to Have)
