As an IT Business Analyst, you will be part of one of our Agile squads, responsible of solution design, its quality definition, acting as an owner of business needs.
You will work within Private Capital domain, on eFront Invest system, which also interacts with other Private Capital and BNP systems, collaborating directly with many stakeholders (IT, Business, and software vendors).
IT Business Analyst - Private Capital
Responsibilities:
- Working with business and other stakeholders to collect all requirements
- Understanding and analysing needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes
- Delivering end to end solutions
- Managing change requests and following their lifecycle
- Producing estimates, cost & benefits analysis, and business cases for new development proposals
- Documenting functional & technical changes to be performed and help to define related acceptance criteria
- Bringing improvements to current production processes
- Involving all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirements, assessing all potential impacts
- Creating and managing testing of new solutions including writing test plans, preparing test data, coordinating testing and user/client acceptance
- Cooperating with various teams to identify root cause of issues
Requirements:
- Have +3 years of relevant experience
- Have good knowledge of the financial industry – with focus either on Private Capital, Capital Markets, Fund Accounting or Securities Services area
- Have experience on Fund Management systems like eFront / Multifonds / Investran
- Be fluent in English
- Have interest in business analysis and project management
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Good overall IT skills, SQL knowledge is an asset
