WHO WE ARE
We are the Infinity EMEA Finance & Strategy Platform, serving EMEA countries and the Group Head Office. With 500 professionals (325 in Madrid) we manage 250 BNP Paribas entities, covering 60 % of the Group’s balance sheet. Our purpose is to measure, control and explain the financial indicators that underpin accounting, tax, regulatory, liquidity and credit‑risk reporting.
MISSION
As a Finance Accounting Intern, you will support expense booking and reporting for Corporate & Institutional Banking, BP2S and Personal Finance across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will help with monthly closing, ensure data quality for financial and management accounting, and assist first‑line‑of‑defense controls that
keep reporting accurate. Your contribution gives the bank reliable insight for strategic decisions and regulatory compliance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support monthly closing from bookkeeping to report preparation.
- Verify data quality for accounting and management reports of assigned EMEA entities.
- Maintain general ledger entries, including overheads and inter‑entity reinvoicing.
- Assist finance in supervising back‑office operations and ensuring correct data feeds.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Ongoing university studies in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
- Fluent English; French, Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with finance reporting tools.
- Ability to share knowledge, mentor peers and support change.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
