Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Supporting the Loan Capital Markets team in the origination and execution of acquisition financing and other syndicated loan transactions
- Performing financial analyses of companies and their capital structures across sectors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Preparing financial models including a detailed cash flow analysis and future projections
- Creating slide decks for client meetings and internal reports, drafting credit committee memorandums
- Collaborating with other CIB teams (Corporate Coverage, DCM, M&A, ECM etc.) on cross-product solutions
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Currently pursuing an academic degree, ideally in business administration, finance, accounting or economics
- Strong quantitative / financial modelling and communication skills – first professional experience in corporate finance is an advantage
- Analytical mindset and ability to deliver excellent results under tight deadlines
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a dynamic transaction-driven environment
- Fully proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Fluent in English with a good knowledge of German
