About Business line/Function :
ALMT function is responsible for Asset Liabilities management and treasury activity of BNP Paribas. It also handles Bank’s funding needs and risk management activities. ALMT IT is a Deal Capture & Deal Processing Application catering to IT demands of ALMT functions within the bank. Intraday Risk Reporting is in house developed data management tool which maintains EOD intraday metrics based on payments and positions from BO ledgers to calculate liquidity need, Basel Monitoring, Intraday Peaks, Intraday metrics during stress. The application maintains historical payments and positions data and computes metrics based on BCBS definitions. It helps the bank to provide regulatory reports to regulator when required.

Position Purpose
To contribute as an SAP Business Objects & SQL Developer on application development, enhancements, maintenance and support activities for multiple applications across all SDLC phases.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· Application designing / development / testing / support / enhancements / bug-fixing.
- Interact with functional and technical representatives of project teams in order to understand business functionalities, technical modules, integration mechanism and data sources.
- Prepare test plans and conduct Unit, Integration, Regression, Performance and Functional Testing.
- Contribute to improve the architecture and design efficient solutions for the project
- Contribute to the technical designing phase and document the design with UML diagrams and models. Create prototype for proof of concept and business requirements validations.
- Participate in peer code reviews and peer modules testing.
- Report progress and escalate issues to the Team Lead.
- Ensuring that the project and organization standards are followed during various phases of software development life-cycle and day to day development work.
- Estimate efforts and schedule for various modules and meet deadlines.
- To setup Technical and Release related Documentation.
- Design and improve DevOps related implementation for the team.
