Job Title: HEAD of INET
Location: 525 Washington Boulevard, Jersey City, NJ, 07310
*Telecommuting permitted 50% of the time within normal commuting distance of BNP Paribas’ offices located in Jersey City, NJ.
Duties: Lead the deployment and implementation of BNP Paribas’ internally developed Global Domain Naming System for all BNP Paribas entities operating within US, Canada, and Brazil. Ensure the security of the Bank IT operations by installing and maintaining security equipment, including firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and DNS. Guarantee obsolescence and vulnerability is tracked for their perimeter. Improve monitoring of INET perimeter. Align design and process with France/Global team. Manage internal technology budget. *Telecommuting permitted 50% of the time within normal commuting distance of BNP Paribas’ offices located in Jersey City, NJ.
SALARY: $177,736 - $200,000 / year
Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)
Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and ten (10) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Must have ten (10) years of experience with the following: experience in network security space in the finance industry; DNS Architecture; Routing protocols; and Firewall implementation and support, proxy and F5 deployment services. Must have seven (7) years of experience with the following: Remote Access infrastructure; and writing technical architecture blueprints. Must have five (5) years of experience in connectivity and high frequency trading (HFT) network infrastructure design, implementation and support. Must have three (3) years of experience with budget management (preparing/following/improving his budget including Software, Hardware, Maintenance).
