About the job
- The team is in charge of standardizing the process for users requests through an unique channel MyIAM and provide assistance to users worldwide via dedicated workflow for users support
- The access to Finance applications are designed according to the users activities via creation, adaptation and update of Business Roles for every Business unit under the Central Jurisdictions governance, taking into consideration the securities rules of the Finance & Strategy function
- The team manage its own projects by implementing access to new tools, application evolutions, or updating Business roles consequently to F&S transformation projects. The team contribute also actively to F&S projects for creation of new Business roles for new population entering in the scope of the central system
- The Central Jurisdiction team is guiding and supervising the activity of several delegated Administrators managing the access for some Business lines of the group
Your Main Activities Are
- Advise, manage or lead projects ensuring that the key project outcomes are delivered
- Ensure meaningful project structure and governance, and the management of key stakeholders
- Provide method and expertise to frame and execute projects, or specific project streams, on time, on quality and on budget
- Organize and manage meetings and workshops using pertinent techniques and providing perceptive results
- Support clients in implementing project outcomes and follow-up outcomes with clients
- Support or manage the preparation and delivery of presentations and reporting for clients and management
- Provide continuous support to the other team members, including coaching other team members
- Facilitate the knowledge sharing within the team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and its methodologies
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s Degree in Business Management or Information Technology and Computer Science
- Up to 4 years of process experience in Project Management and/or Consulting
- Proficiency in MS Office Pack (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Results driven and able to deliver
- Rigorous and good attention to detail
- Able to manage a project
- Able to manage and facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training, and others
- Capable of understanding, explaining and supporting change
- Good organisational skills

- The Finance Jurisdiction is a transversal team responsible for managing the access rights of users to the applications of the central Finance System
