In a context of increasing the operational excellence of our growing service portfolio we are looking for a Data Architect.
Mission
We are searching for the best talent to join our worldwide renowned architecture team to participate in solution design of data architectures in our applications and support the implementation of bigdata platforms in each geography. You will be part of a high-performance team that likes challenges, teach and learn and is a key enabler for PF IT strategy
Main responsibilities
- Participate in the definition and support implementation of major IT Data transformation plans with a focus on bigdata
- Study, design, validate in governance committees and support implementation of major data evolutions in our IT Products
- Support DevOps and IT delivery teams in the implementation
- Emerging technology watch, assessment and experimentation
What we are looking for
For us soft skills and endorsing our leadership guidelines (transversality, collective goals, confidence and agility) are equally important as technical skills:
- Academic background: Degree / bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- You have 3 years of proven working experience in related tasks.
- Good knowledge of data integration patterns
- Solid fundamentals in data architectures (datahub/datalake)
- Expertise in designing stream or batch pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
- Expertise in several bigdata development frameworks and technologies (preferably Spark, Airflow, S3, others valuable as well)
- Good knowledge of Data Quality and Data Governance strategies and implementation
- You are a team player but as well with capability of working autonomously
- You have the capability of supporting the construction of a planning to implement complex initiatives
- You have a transformation mindset, looking for the excellency but at the same time pragmatic, empathic and able to apply coaching strategies
- You are a problem-solver and decision-making person, who:
- Demonstrates advanced analytical skills and aligns and/or validates his decisions with the concerned stakeholders
- Able to mobilize other teams and knock all the needed doors to unblock situations or achieve team goals
