 Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Telecom & Workspace, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.

 ABOUT THE JOB

 MISSION

 The "Supervision and Control" domain is part of the Production Security ITG Production division of BNP Paribas. Within this domain, the "CSIRT ITG Production" plays a crucial role.

 The Production Security teams provide security services for internal ITG clients. Production Security is responsible for all aspects of security related to production (production protection, identity and access management (IAM), network security, CSIRT, etc.).

 The security analyst is part of the Production Security team. This person is responsible for maintaining and improving the security level of the infrastructure by focusing on the management of production security alerts and incidents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will have a first experience or specialized diploma focused on CSIRT experience including managing and developing content for cyber security monitoring tools like SIEM, intrusion detection/prevention, whitelisting and sandboxing solutions. The candidate will also ideally have experience in the following areas:

 •              Ability to work in an international context (English spoken mandatory)

 •              Ability to work within a team divided into different physical locations (France, Spain)

 •              Ability to apply and adjust Cyber Security Incident Response Plan

• Management of day-to-day activities on SIEM infrastructure (connector, logger, Pentaho, ELK). Liaising with L2/L3 teams in respect to SIEM architecture and content. On-board new data sources into SIEM infrastructure.

 •              Maintain all Production Security Platforms

 REQUIREMENTS

 * Studies

 Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent

 ITIL Foundation certificate will be desirable
 * Experience

 At least 5 years
 * Languages

 High Level of English (written / spoken).

 French speaking will be appreciated.

 SKILLS

 * Technical

 Essential:

 •              First CSIRT experience in a large company (>6months) in Incident Response activity

 •              Well-versed in security best practices

 •              SIEM experience

 •              Knowledge of security tools such as Tanium, Qualys, Trellix suite, sandboxing solutions

 •              Strong technical background in IT security is necessary

 •              Customer service oriented skills

 Desirable:

 •              System administration skills (Linux/Windows Servers)

• Network administration background/knowledge

 •              SQL, Microsoft SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)

 * Transversal & Behavioral

 •              Attention to detail

• Ability to work on several incidents/subjects and keep these on-track simultaneously

 •              Understanding of operational risk and control framework

 •              Integrity

 •              Ability to remain impartial to ensure that risks/issues are highlighted to ITG Production Security Management

 •              Can do attitude & Proactive approach

 •              Strong problem solving skills

 •              Good interpersonal and communication skills

 •              Eager to learn
