Embark on our Corporate Banking Traineeship, offering a fast-track opportunity to develop the necessary skills and acquire the required knowledge to start a career in the corporate banking world.
AND IN DETAIL
This traineeship is an immersive 12-month rotational program within the BNP Paribas Fortis Corporate Bank, starting in September 2025. This program gives you the chance to experience different functions across selected departments of the business (regional Business Centres & expertise lines). Throughout your training period, you will be encouraged to uncover and enhance your individual strengths through a tailored learning program.
- During this traineeship, you will learn how the bank develops long-term relationships with its clients and how it accompanies them in managing the risks and needs they are facing. You will build up skills necessary for developing a client relationship.
- You will also develop technical skills in different expertise lines in banking products and services (e.g. answering working capital needs, long term financing needs through various means like bank loans, hedging of currency and interest rates risks).
- Upon completion of the program, you'll have the chance to enter your first position within Corporate Banking in a client-facing position.
- By participating in this program, you will quickly acquire the skills needed to start a diverse and fascinating career within corporate banking.

- You have earned your finance or business related Master’s degree (at the latest in August 2025) and have a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
Recruitment process
- After careful review of your application, you might be invited to a first round of interviews. If this first step is positive, you will be invited in Brussels to participate to an assessment that should take place before the end of May 2025.
- This traineeship will start in September 2025.
