Over 12 to 18 months, you'll discover how BNP Paribas Fortis helps Entrepreneurs, Corporates and Institutions achieve their ambitions, while building the skills, network and business insight to become a trusted partner for our Clients.

What awaits you?

A journey across Corporate Banking

Over 12 to 18 months, you'll experience different sides of Corporate Banking through a series of diverse missions:

• Financial Analysis & Risk: learn how financing decisions are made and how the bank assesses opportunities and risks.
• Client-facing experience: work alongside Relationship Managers and Client Directors, meet Clients and discover how we support companies in achieving their ambitions.
• 1 to 2 specialized missions to be chosen in line with your targeted final position, allowing you to develop the skills and experience needed for your future role.
• Experience both local and HQ environments, with assignments across Belgium and in Brussels, giving you a unique perspective on the bank and its Clients.

Your destination

At the end of the program, you'll step into a commercial/client-facing position within Corporate Banking, helping companies turn their ambitions into reality through tailored financial solutions.

Who are you?

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn. 
• Enjoy analyzing, solving problems and connecting with people. 
• Flexible, mobile and ready to discover different teams, projects and locations in Belgium
• Holder of finance or business related Master’s degree, with a maximum of 2 years of work experience and a good knowledge of financial news.
• Fluent in spoken and written French or Dutch, with good knowledge of the 2nd national language and professional English.
