Position Purpose
The Client Reporting team is in charge of the production of portfolio valuation for both Asset Owners and Institutional clients performed by the Singapore office.
The primary role of the Client Reporting is to ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of the reports.
The scope will also include liaising with various internal operational teams to ensure smooth production and to resolve any issues and/or queries raised by the client.
The secondary role of Client Reporting will be to assist in the reporting process for the clients by providing data, ensuring the accuracy of the data and investigate for anomalies.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- To manage the end-to-end process to produce the Client reports for Institutional client, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of the reports while complying with internal controls, policies and procedures. Toinvestigate and resolve any data anomalies that may impact the accuracy and timeliness.
- To resolve client queries relating to reporting issues and respond to ad-hoc client queries or requests in a timely manner.
- To prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly NAV funds in accordance with applicable Industry recommended accounting practices, accounting standard or specific constitutional documents. And to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports and NAVs
- To constantly review processes to identify gaps and improvements, work with internal teams to close the gap and improve process, and update internal procedures for any changes
- Develop a full understanding of client’s reporting requirements
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc investment portfolio reports for internal and external stakeholders and for regulatory reporting
- To participate in the preparation of financial statements and to maintain financial policies and procedures that comply with financial accounting and reporting standards such as FRS, IFRS, etc
- Attend to internal to external audit queries independently
- To contribute to other ad-hoc activities that may be required from time to time

Specific Qualifications Required
- University degree/ post graduate degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years in experience in Securities Services Fund Accounting or equivalent experiences
