About the Job
The Business Continuity Analyst is responsible to support the implementation of the Business Continuity Management Programme ensuring that the Group and CIB Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) procedures and guidelines are followed for BNP Paribas Portugal Branches.
 
Your Main Activities Are
Contribute the analysis of the security risks and the identification of the related impacts. Contribute the design of the appropriate security solutions to cover identified risks and impacts

Update the map of security risks. Analyze the Business Continuity documentation (BIA, BCP Procedures) of CIB Portugal

Identify issues/errors in the Business Continuity documentation. Follow-up of the actions implemented to address the identified risks

Analyze the Business Continuity live cycle (PDCA based), for the control and continuous improvement of the processes. Control the robustness and efficiency of the security system according to the Business Continuity requirements of BNP Paribas group

Contribute the management of business continuity incidents

Contribute the definition of the training and awareness strategy to the staff involved in the Business Continuity processes


Profile and Skills to Success
 * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any similar areas
 * At least 3 years of experience in business management 
 * Advanced level of english fluency, both oral and written 
 * Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel
 * Well organized and attention to detail, great analytical ability and risk management skills
