- FRESH is the new IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market. FRESH is a new worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices. FRESH organization is the outcome of several convergences: between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. FRESH is part of the ITG organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas) with a threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK
- Part of FRESH, Master Data is a department in charge of “Master Data” solutions for Finance and Risk. Main objective is to share Data across the group. It covers Referential, Nomenclatures and Dictionaries Solutions
- Furthermore, the Master Data Team works in close interaction with the Group CDO team to ensure BCBS 239 compliance and to improve Data Quality
Your Main Activities Are
- Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities (BNPP Businesses)
- Ensure end user support and resolve production and accesses issues
- Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers
- Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers
- Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Information Systems
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Professional experience in Referential administration (data management, database,…)
- Strong knowledge of information systems
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, with a high command in Excel
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Availability and customer orientation skills
- Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning and organisation skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Excellent attention to details, rigor and accuracy
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
- Team spirit and at ease with multitasking
- Ability to report
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
About the Team
- The team is responsible to: Provide high quality Master Data Solutions; Design and deliver evolutions; Give a technical and functional support (training, users support level 1 & 2); Administrate the referential (data creation & modification, parameters management); Ensure a business monitoring (production monitoring); Define standards in governance, rules and exchanges; Manage re-design projects; and Provide data-quality monitoring
