What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?
The Transfer Agency team supports our clients in traditional Unit Trust funds and ETF funds in Singapore as well as providing client servicing support to Luxembourg SICAV funds in APAC region
The role would support the Head of Transfer Agency in delivering day to day operation functions accurately and timely as well as addressing investors’ or clients’ queries from the region. The officer is also expected to be proactive and meticulous in their work and provide timely escalation of incident(s) to the manager.
Primary Role Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day BAU operation support for the life cycle of a unit trust transaction
- Provide regular / adhoc reporting to clients
- Perform day-to-day control checks on service provider to ensure all transaction are process timely and accurately
- Prepare monthly reporting and KPI to clients
- Fronting daily client or distributor queries
- Act as a liaison between Manco / Distributors / Agent banks / Service provider
Other contributions
- Develop, refine or establish efficient processes within the team
- Support adhoc projects as required
What is required for you to succeed?
- Passionate in Banking / Operation environment
- Meticulous in a fast pace environment
- A fast learner and team player
- Essential: Mandarin speaking as some clients operates in North Asia while Cantonese speaking would be beneficial
- Experience / Knowledge in Transfer Agency process for traditional unit trust / ETF / VCC
Required education/certification/licenses
- Diploma / Degree holder with relevant experience
- 3-5 years of banking operation experience
- Good working knowledge in using excel formulae and functions
