BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking - Securities Services – Stage Operational Support Team Specialist For BSO - BSO: Settlement, FDS, Cash & Transversal Services - ITALIAN LOCATION 

Operational support team will play a crucial role in the Settlement, FDS, Cash & Transversal Services  in order to increase efficiency in process and versus clients, reduce operational workload and risk and align operational daily activities based on Compliance policy and Inspection Generale requests.

As member of operational support team you will be in charge of:

  • To Contribute in facing production issues and solve them in a medium/long-term period through an active communication with settlement, clearing, cash, FDS and transversal teams in charge of BAU activity. Identify opportunity to increase efficiency or standardize processes if it is the case at the aim to reduce risk and operational workload.
  • To contribute to increase quality service to clients in terms of:  client proximity acting as operational client advisors by providing timely and high-quality support for clients’ requests and deliver service excellence, and fly to quality aiming to be recognized as a leading Securities Services provider in terms of client satisfaction, digitalization of processes, operational solutions as well as operational client support
  • To Contribute in transposing into BAU client additional requests, set-up change, market changes and their impacts on settlement, clearing, cash and fds processes
  • To contribute to procedure management:  drafting new procedures or amend existing ones
  • To contribute to manage interaction with third parties to analyse and manage any impacts on settlement, clearing, cash, fds and transversal, both internal (i.e.HUB, Bnp branches) and external ( ie CSDs, Clearing House, Bank of Italy)
  • To Contribute in managing incident reports
  • To Contribute in managing Inspection Generale missions for settlement, clearing, cash and fds and transversal teams
  • To Contibute in providing business data to local regulatory reporting
  • To Contribute to analyse impacts of central requests and controls such as CCL controls/update, 3F recertification

What we expect from you

  • Education: Students of Master degree in Economics and similar;
  • Behavioral skills: Ethical standards, teamwork and analytical approach; proactivity and problem solving attitude; well organized and accurate; ability to communicate and listen; ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Technical skills: Fluent English (written and spoken); Strong analytical and presentation skills; Proficiency with MS Office

Contract type and Remuneration

The offer will be a full time 6-months internship.

The Company provide a monthly monetary contribution.
