About the job

  • The Business Management Officer supports in the management of a group of teams, in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as, for example, HR, Facilities, Finance or community management. They provide support to management processes of setting goals, planning and/or controlling the organization and leading the execution of any type of activity, such as a project or a process, being accountable for a wide variety of tasks requiring transversal coordination or consolidation and impacting the business. Topics may include analysis and elaboration of various reports and presentations used by Top Management in decision making process and focusing on continous improvement.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Create and maintain Sales/ Trading mandates and portfolios, ensuring accurate records; 
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of BNPP’s headcounts and organizational charts, including tracking the pipeline of new hires (joiners) and departing employees (leavers); 
  • Prepare meeting documents and materials for management committees; 
  • Create, update and run Power BI and Tableau dashboards, and prepare Excel workbooks to produce weekly reports for top management; 
  • Maintain and calculate accurate Client Contribution and Profit and Loss (PnL) figures; 
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, such as Revenues, Volumes, and Hit Ratios, to support Sales and Trading Management; 
  • Provide analytical support to address queries related to the Sales/ trading teams’ daily activities, as requested; 
  • Identify opportunities for synergies, possible automations, and improvements on current processes.

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance; 
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and terminology; 
  • Perfect fluency in English; 
  • Excellent Excel skills, with an analytical mind-set; 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability and agility to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines; 
  • Autonomy, adaptability and proactivity; 
  • Effective communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills;
