Position Purpose
The main objective of the Cost Monitoring Officer is to support the EMEA CO3 Cost Monitoring understanding their costs and assisting them in the definition of their Forecast/ Budget.
The officer will be also participating in re-invoicing process. Additionally, the officer will be in charge of identifying and implementing some smart saving initiatives

Contributing Responsibilities
- Role will also require an individual to work with Transition management team on projects, billing and other transition related deliverables i.e. create presentations for senior management, provide support on creating RACI, TOM, project plans etc.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Preparing weekly/ monthly dashboards and provide update to senior management highlighting current progress, risks, challenges and dependencies to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure documentation of all tasks, activities using standard templates and maintain repository for future references
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Analytical skills, ability to prioritize, strong analytical mindset, curious and deadlines respect.
- Communication skills (good interpersonal communication, teamwork and adaptability).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and knowledge in BI tools (Alteryx and/ or Power BI) will be a plus
- French is a plus.
Specific Qualifications (if required)
- University Graduate or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering Degree.
- 7 yearsof experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms.
- Experience of working in international environment appreciated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and knowledge in BI tools (Alteryx and/ or Power BI) will be a plus
