About the job
- Application Production Support Coordinator mission is to guarantee coordination functions on application production for both technical and functional support. This role ensures that the service is maintained in operational condition, the smooth running of the processes (batch processing, transfer, etc.) and the proper functioning in the application sense of the term (relevant business data, functional result, correct execution of application workflows, etc.). In a context of accelerating change, manage the various releases within scope, intervene not only in the event of incidents to restore the service, but also in preventive terms thanks to data analysis and automation, thus improving service quality and the user experience. the Application Production Support coordinator acts as an expert with the ITOps particularly on production and infrastructure requirements
Your Main Activities Are
- Provide support to users of the systems in a timely and efficient manner
- Build and maintain a knowledge base regarding support issues and their resolution, while monitoring and supervising the application’s technical and functional components
- Build a working knowledge of the systems and business area in order to provide a high level of support
- Process requests for specific actions (processing, extraction, specific work, etc.)
- Create control points as part of procedures and operating methods to ensure that work goes smoothly and drafts ad hoc reporting.
- Prepare environments for releases and ensure that the implementation and pre-production tests are carried out
Act as a reference in the function, coordinate activity and other team members, and capitalize on the gathered experience to share knowledge, coordinate, train and coach others
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor's (3-5 years) in Information Technology and Computer Science
- Experience in Information Technology ([3 - 4] years)
- Fluency in English
- IT - IT knowledge
