Business Change Management (H/F)

Your mission:
What is the global mission of Business Change Management?
· Support the change process in developing tactical solutions using extended Excel, Access capabilities and VBA programming.
· Log changes requests
· Create tactical solutions.
· Summarize, assess, prioritize, plan and monitor change requests.
· Interface with but not limited to requestors, other departments within Fund Administration, Global teams.
· Report to the Manager, Business Change Management
Your profile :
Required experience:
· Good understanding of Fund Administration activity mechanism (nav delivery process, instruments, …)
Behavior skills
- Good communication and change management skills
Technical skills
· Good computer skills including Excel / Access / VBA programming.
· Multifonds
Language skills:
- Be fluent in French and English
- Knowledge or another language would be considered as an additional asset.

As an Business Change Manager you will work with our Global teams to convert tactical solutions into target solutions fitting in our target operating model.
What about the team?
7 people are currently working within the BCM FA team managed by Alexis Baudin .
The Head of BCM is Annyse Guillaume.
Flex Working?
You will be able to benefit from work from home / satellite locations in accordance with internal rules and the team organization /needs.
Working time?
Ideally, full time but can be discussed.
