Trainee Product Registration Supervision (M/F)

CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
Under the responsibility of the Head of Fund Registration, this internship/apprenticeship gives you the chance to work with one of the leading asset managers in Sustainable Products in Luxembourg and across Europe. The team is a small, agile team that works closely with a key service provider to handle the registration and ongoing international maintenance of BNPP AM UCITS and AIFs across Europe and Asia.

WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
Your role will be to:
- Collect and coordinate registration requests from BNPP AM sales and distribution channels, keeping all stakeholders informed of each step in the registration workflow.
- Participate in Product‑related calls (creation, merger, or liquidation) to ensure that the fund‑registration aspects are correctly addressed and integrated into the overall project plan.
- Publish and maintain legal documentation (Prospectus, KID -key information documents, translations, etc.) on the company’s public websites, guaranteeing that the information is accurate, up‑to‑date, and readily accessible to investors.
- Monitor and oversee the work of the Delegated functions, verifying that their outputs meet contractual and regulatory standards.
- Maintain the group’s registration database, ensuring continuous data quality, completeness, and alignment with the latest regulatory requirements.

ARE YOU OUR FUTURE INTERN ?
We require from the candidate:
You are finishing a Master's degree linked to credit analysis / corporate finance Banking / Audit
- Fluent spoken and written French and English are essential
- A good appetite to understand the Luxembourg Distribution model, and willingness to discover the world of the Asset Management
- Ability to participate to workshops / Conference calls in English
- Ability to work on Projects, and work with some autonomy (pro activity)
- MS Office competences
