Senior Tax Lawyer
Main responsibilities:
- Monitoring of the legislative and fiscal regulatory environment in order to keep the various areas of the Bank up to date;
- Tax consultancy for different entities, business lines and functions;
- Monitoring of demarches, audits and tax disputes;
- Participation in the analysis of projects developed by the Group;
- Validation of new activities and products promoted by the Bank;
- Support in the analysis of structured transactions;
- Development of internal fiscal policies;
- Coordination for issuing advice requested from law offices;
- Organisation of area committees;
- Representation of the Bank vis-à-vis tax authorities and class bodies;
- Implementation of transfer pricing contracts in accordance with the Group guidelines; and supervision of the handling of the various ancillary obligations.
Position Requirements:
- Full degree in law (OAB active).
- Knowledge about Tax legislation applicable to the financial and capital markets, as well as to federal and municipal tax law,
- Handling tax procedures for monitoring and dealing with administrative and judicial disputes.
- Office domain (Excel, Word, Power-Point).
- Expertise in monitoring, interpreting and enforcing tax legislation in line with the activities of the Group.
- Project coordination skills
- Relationship and communication facility.
- Fluent English.
