Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Creating and maintaining the Security procedures of IT Production Security
- Optimizing processes in the teams and supporting internal and external Audits and Global Control Plans
- Supporting the creation of Standard Operating Procedures for outsourced activities
- Enhancing the IT Production Security dashboard
- Maintaining the transversal Service offering of IT Production Security and negotiating SLA’s
- Monitoring the Service delivery by reporting of delivery metrics of all services
- Acting as Project Manager for small projects, eg. implementation of Security tools
- Managing relationships with service providers by defining KPI’s and implementing a regular measurement of the quality of the service delivery
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Degree in IT or related subject and/or equivalent work experience
- Profound knowledge of IT Infrastructure with a focus on Governance
- Understanding of IT Controls, IT Security and IT Production processes
- Experience in Business Process Management, Project Management and 3rd party management
- Creative, innovative and solution-oriented way of working
- Being fluent in German and English
