Who will I be working with?  

You will be working in our Global Markets ITO APS team as a Digital Support Technician L3 Apprentice. The team is part of a global front office support group (with presence in Hong Kong, Singapore, Mumbai, 

What will I be doing? 

The role is to assist the team in the day-to-day business activities, operational processes, and contribute to a variety of tasks allowing a general introduction to the business. The main responsibilities will be: 

  • P&L Support activities including collaborating with end users to troubleshoot issues 
  • Document reoccurring issues and work with senior team members to implement long-term solutions 
  • Monitoring and deployment of updates to P&L systems 
  • Automation using python scripting 
  • Understanding the business operations 
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies 

Technical Skills and Qualifications required for the role 

  • Five GCSE’s including Maths and English grade A-C (level 4-9) 
  • Preferred candidates who are finishing A-levels in 2025 or attained within the past 12 months 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent attention to detail skills  
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Duration: 18 months 
Location: London
Apprentices need to have a continued right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
