ABOUT THE JOB

Head of Finance Data and Transformation

Mission

The Head of Finance Data and Transformation is responsible for the supervision and design of the Finance DataMart. He or She is a key figure in innovation and transformation, leading a team of Data specialists with whom he or she carries out the strategic projects of all the functions of the Finance Management related to Finance Data. In addition, it supports Management in the execution of Finance transformation programs by providing new processes, tools and optimized work methodologies.


Main Roles/Responsibilities

•Supervision of the Financial DataMart. Promote developments and evolutions. Monitoring and follow-up of the projects executed in the Data. 

• Industrialization, optimization and simplification of financial processes. 

• Promote a mindset of effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring a focus on continuous improvement in governance and processes. 

• Supervision of internal and external teams. Definition of the work plan and prioritization of tasks. 

• Management and optimization of the assigned resources and budget. 

• Monitoring, contribution and coordination of strategic projects in collaboration with the Central teams. 

• Support to the CFOO in the coordination and supervision of the rest of the transversal areas of the Finance Operating Office. 

• Continuous collaboration and coordination with IT and other business areas.

Required Profile

· Master’s degree with focus on Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics and or IT. 

· Minimum experience of 5 to 8 years in a similar position and 5 years as a manager leading high-performance teams.

Tools

• Knowledge of SAS, SQL and Databases 

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) 

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office 

• High level of English.
