Head of Central KYC Hub

About the job

  • The KYC Platform Team Manager is responsible for ensuring that services provided by the Shared Service Centre (SSC) meet the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Team Managers contributes to protect BNP Paribas against reputational, Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) and fraud risks, and works closely with the Business and Coverage to understand the (corporate) clients and with Compliance to ensure it provides all Regulators requirements

Your Main Activities Are

  • Management of the Central KYC Hub team: Business group Coordinators (BG2C), Business group analysts (BGA) and Senior KYC Officers (Skyco) for all strategic clients Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) and CPBS (Domestic market)
  • Ensure the progressive ramp up of the Business Group 
  • Develop, Coordinate and execute trainings
  • Identify levers of enhancements (process, IT, RBA) to progressively reach the target service level
  • Prod monitoring and KPI’s

Profile and Skills to Success

  • At least 4 years’ experience as Team leader/Team Manager
  • Knowledge and experience managing corporate clients
  • Master´s Degree in Business Management, Law or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Ability to manage large operational team and managers
  • Ability to manage cross-border stakeholders 
  • Capacity to deal with client service
  • Good knowledge of KYC 
  • Proactive, solutions driven and focus on results
