Reporting Line: Head of FICC Trading

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring overall risk in the book to maximize profitability to achieve given budget.
• Responsible for day-to day market making of YEN IRS long end products, within given risk limit.
• Provide market liquidity through market making in a defined range of instruments and limits; put in place hedging if appropriate.
• Contribute to and facilitate with middle office, the confirmation of daily P&L at the close of the day.
• Monitor market news and events and evaluate the risk and opportunities for clients and the firm's positions and strategy.
• Attend relevant regulatory and product/skill training and keep up-to-date with market issues.
• Operate in accordance with the latest G10 Rates Principles & Guidelines 

Contributions

• Achieve 18mio EUR PL from market making IRS and Eur12mil from Basis swap market making.
• Achieve efficient and disciplined usage of B/S and PFE, in relation to PL budget
• Build productive relationship with sales, MO, IT teams
