YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Investment Support team is responsible for the valuation of assets held by PRIME funds and the oversight of their accounting records. The team is involved from the launch of investment structures — including the review of legal documentation and coordination of operational setup with service providers — through to their liquidation.

As a member of the team, you will contribute to the following activities, in close collaboration with your colleagues:

Asset Valuation & Accounting Oversight

  • Review and validate accounting packs (investment schedule, TB, GL) and Capital Account Statements (CAS).
  • Review portfolio asset valuations, operating expense accruals, and carried interest estimates.
  • Prepare and present fund valuations to the Valuation Committee.
  • Perform reconciliations between internal systems (eFront, Simcorp, Vidrio), accounting records, and custodians.
  • Oversee fund budgets and invoice control processes.

Risk, Audit & Compliance

  • Review fund financial statements prepared by external accountants.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, as well as internal control certification processes.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and risk mitigation action plans.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal procedures and process automation initiatives.

Reporting

  • Prepare and validate regulatory reporting (AIFM, Solvency, etc.).
  • Participate in due diligence exercises and respond to operational requests from internal and external clients.

WORKING AT BNP MEANS 

  • An annual fixed salary paid over 12 months, adjusted according to your profile and experience. 
  • Additionally, there will be an individual annual variable compensation, linked to the achievement of individual and collective objectives, and based on the company's results and profitability and pro-rated according to your workload and attendance.

ARE YOU OUR NEXT FUND CONTROLLER M/F ?

  • Previous experience in a middle-office role within an asset management company, ideally with exposure to private markets, is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong MS Office skills
