About Business line/Function 

The Finance Solutions Office (FSO) in ISPL is in charge of providing the below services worldwide:

  • Steer the end-to-end implementation of projects related to Finance tools by responding to
  • Business Line and F&S requirements in a timely manner
  • Implement and maintain a harmonized Finance operating model across the Group with a
  • particular focus on the roll-out of One Financial System (OFS), cornerstone of the F&S strategy
  • Steer the implementation of Artificial Intelligence within F&S in close collaboration with F&RS

Within the Finance Solutions Office, Finance Solutions Roll Out teams are in charge of delivering the below services Globally

  • Drive the migration strategy globally, along with the Finance Target Operating Model implementation worldwide, in full collaboration with ITG F&RS
  • Execute migration projects relying on Group and Regulatory Reporting Projects (GRRP) and the regional set-up in EMEA, APAC and Americas
  • Ensure Target Operating Model principles are applied and adapted when needed in the regions, in close collaboration with the Finance Academy
  • Manage the jurisdictions of the OFS related tools and applications

Position Purpose

The manager of F&S Access Rights Jurisdiction team is in charge of managing the team providing the access rights of applications for Finance and Strategy applications perimeter, by granting access only to authorized users and by preventing or revoking access to non-authorized users.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the Jurisdiction roadmap together with the CISOs from Finance & Strategy and IT group, increasing the footprint of application access rights managed through the official access right management workflow. 
  • Design the user access rights for new applications based on sponsor and product-owner requirements.
  • Ensure that access rights are in line with CISO requirements and regularly reviewed and assist the CISO in the annual external audit process.

The main activities covered are:

  • Manages Budget, Governance, communication and team planning
  • Drives continuous Improvement initiatives within the team 
  • Participates to projects prestudies and jurisdiction design
  • Pilots BAU activities based on ticketing processes MYIam and Service Now to ensuring completion of the requests in line with our clients expectations
  • Supervises KPI production

·       Contributes to all projects related to this scope and proposes Jurisdiction design and drives the implementation in MyIam and provisioning tools of the related components

·       Review of internal documentation : SOP, access rights matrices etc… 

·       Takes directly in charge and supervises team members for BAU tickets management 

·       Contributes and Reviews permanent control activities related to the application scope ensuring reconciliations, recertifications and CAC requests are fulfilled following the predefined calendar.

·       Provide visibility on performance and activities by creating and presenting KPI/dashboards

·       Demonstrate a strong control mindset to ensure jurisdiction principles are applied to all projects and BAU requests

·       Support and drive dedicated Audit requests proactively by providing necessary supporting documentations and evidences 

·       Management of all team members and organization related topics: Workload planning and distribution (including management of staff holidays, absences, back-up schemes), follow up on recruitment process, mobility and newcomers training and integration. Evaluate daily work and write yearly appraisal. Follow up of each team member performance and motivation

·       Ensure the Functional relationship with the central F&S function and promote good relationship with the clients.

·       Manage and assist the Finance Analysts on their day-to-day activity, contribute to the complex analysis, review the analysis reports

·       Participate in committees and meetings according to the Governance

·       Support, develop and empower team members, focusing the attention on their individual skillset, aspirations and development needs, in order to capacitate them to the current role and future challenges.

·       Experience in the area of access rights management or equivalent (security of access rights for example)
