Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar e acompanhar o planejamento orçamentário (budget anual, updates trimestrais e forecast mensal);
  • Realizar análises de desempenho financeiro e indicadores (KPI’s);
  • Desenvolver modelos financeiros e projeções;
  • Acompanhar o controle de custos real x orçado e monitorar a rentabilidade de projetos;
  • Propor melhorias nos processos de planejamento e controle financeiro;
  • Suportar a tomada de decisões estratégicas com análises e relatórios gerenciais;
  • Atuar em parceria com as áreas Contábil, Gestão de Contratos e Projetos.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas afins;
  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Controladoria ou áreas correlatas pode ser considerado um diferencial;
  • Experiência em planejamento financeiro (FP&A), controladoria ou consultoria financeira;
  • Excel avançado e domínio de ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
  • Conhecimentos em ERP (ex: SAP, TOTVS, Oracle) são diferenciais;
  • Capacidade analítica, organização e boa comunicação;
  • Inglês Avançado;
  • Espanhol (diferencial).
