Position Purpose:
-Review AML Financial Markets risk and define business requirements for a new cutting edge monitoring solution.
-Strong exposure to Financial markets business lines

Key Responsibilities:
Within the APAC Financial Security team, you will join a high profile task force aiming at reengineering the AML monitoring framework for financial markets and securities services. You will perform Project Management and Business Analysis tasks with a strong focus on data analytics.
The task force roadmap is as follows :
1.Scoping
-Identify products and business lines in scope (with Front Office Business Managers)
-Mapping of products and booking systems (with operation)
-Draft settlements flowcharts by business line and market
2.Design new AML models
-Work with FO, Conduct and Compliance teams to identify real life AML use cases relevant to the bank’s specific business
-Liaise with operations to identify data available to cover the risk
-Design, prototype and test new controls
-Model client behavior patterns and try to identify “abnormal behaviors”
3.Review existing models & data feeds
-Analyse alert volumes, review data feeds and existing models
-Propose improvement points to data feeds and models
-Propose innovative approaches for L1 alert analysis by operational teams
4.Draft business requirements
-Describe new models and detailed investigation methology
-Document Data dictionary
-Draft vendor Benchmark and recommendation in terms of target solution
Competencies (Technical / Behavioral):
-University graduate with relevant professional qualifications and at least 4 years of hands-on experience in project Management in the banking industry
-Excellent data analytics / data science skills (VBA, python, pattern analysis, statistics…)
-Excellent project management skills : (project documentation, workshop management, presentation skills, stakeholder management….)
-Ability to understand and document complex banking processes ( financial markets end to end flows)
-Ability to deliver and go the extra mile in a fast paced, competitive environment is critical
-Experience in a consulting firm specializing in financial services would be appreciated
-Good Knowledge of Financial Markets business is a plus
-Experience with AML monitoring not mandatory but would be greatly appreciated
-Ability to draft very high quality project documentation is mandatory
