MISSION

BNP Paribas Group's Inspection Générale (IG) is and Independent and Integrated Function in charge of the Internal Audit, which can intervene in all the entities and areas of BNP Paribas Group. Its scope of intervention therefore covers all activities and risk of the Group's entities, including subsidiaries, either financial or others, included in the auditable universe, as well as all outsourced activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.

The Iberian Peninsula Audit Hub is part of IG and its scope is all the BNP Paribas businesses (including Hubs) in Spain and Portugal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 The Department Assistant’s main responsibility are as follows:

· Support the Hub’s Managers on:

o   daily activities & projects; 

o   organizing meeting and workshops (table of contents management, meetings organization, booking and logistics, digital call booking)

o   organizing Hub’s internal events

o   managing the internal communication (sharing of information via the Hubs mailing lists, ensure that the internal mailing lists are up-to-date)

· Manage the Steering team mailbox and address all the requests on due time.

· Maintain existing data sources, in Excel, PowerBI (amongst others), with the purpose of consolidating and sharing data in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions. 

These models include (but are not limited to) the monthly follow-up reports of:

o   open recommendations.

o   incidents & frauds.

· Support in preparing meetings, workshops or presentations (local and central).

· Request IT accesses and devices for the Hub’s assignments

· Organize Central IG assignments from an administrative standpoint (e.g. access to the building and smartcards) performed under the scope of the Iberian Peninsula Hub.

·  Assemble/Provide support in the Audit and Client reports preparation (formatting).

·  Assist in the production of the periodic reporting requested locally or by IG Head office.

  • Ensure that the Hub’s activity related information uploaded in IG’s relevant tool is updated.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studies
    • (Valuable) Bachelor in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Audit or Law.
  • Experience
    • Administrative Support ([2 - 4] years)

    • English (Operational)
    • Spanish or Portuguese (Fluent).

·         Tools

    • MS OFFICE PACK MICROSOFT POWERPOINT (Proficient)
    • MS OFFICE PACK MICROSOFT EXCEL (Proficient
    • PowerBI (end user)

·         Skills

    • Risk awareness / internal control culture: Proficient
