Job Title: Associate – G10 FX Forwards Trading North America
Location: 787 7th Avenue, New York 10019
Duties: Market Making and Trading of macro interest rate derivative products. Handle all internal and external FX & rates hedging needs on behalf of clients. Handle foreign currency funding for Global Group ALM. Generate proprietary analytical systems for use in pre-trade analysis and hedging strategies. Create bespoke pricing templates to handle non-vanilla pricing inquiries. Produce market commentary and trade ideas for external distribution. Generate trading PnL in excess of 1.5x client flow value by implementing strategic hedging and trading strategies.
SALARY: $150,000 - $175,000/ year
Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or related and two (2) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Must have two (2) years of experience with each of the following: experience in Global STIR market making with a proven track-record of PnL generation; Macro STIR Market Making abilities across rates and G10 rates and cross currency; Interest Rate/Cross Currency Curve Construction & Modeling; Proven track record of trading PnL that exceeds 1.5x book value; and Java/Python programming for use in financial analysis.
