Asset Management - COO - Investment Reporting Analyst

ROLE DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE

The Reporting Department is taking care of the investment reports that are delivered to our Institutional clients.
You will be in charge of the production of the institutional reporting which does not meet the standardization requirements to be produced by the Reporting Factory based in India. 
You are also responsible for the follow-up of the production by the Reporting Factory done for Hong Kong, by keeping track of the production schedule and act as point of contact for clients of these reports.
You work together with the Activity Monitoring, Evolution and Process Team and the Data Services team to implement new reports & processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY


  • Production of client reports, of high quality and respecting the client’s deadlines
  • Point of entry for all requests for new reporting and evolutions to existing reporting
  • Co-ordination with the different reporting teams and other stakeholders to implement new reports or evolutions
  • Become an expert with regards to our reporting platform for all types of reports, its capabilities and our capacity to deliver high quality reporting
  • Follow up on regulatory evolutions that impact the reporting requirements

KEY INTERNAL/EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS


  • Internal: Other Reporting teams (Belgium, India,..), Reporting Factory, Front Office, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Ops Teams (Pricing, Trade Support, Reco, accounting), Institutional Client reporting Team, IT Reporting Solutions 
  • External: Clients, External Providers  

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Preferably a University degree in a finance-oriented discipline
  • Good IT skills (proficiency in Excel, VBA & working with databases is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Performance Measurement is a plus
  • Fluent in Chinese & English
  • A good understanding of Asset Management business
