Position Purpose
The Global Digital Transformation Team manages digital services provided to clients, aiming to enhance customer experience, streamline client interactions, and ensure platform security by mitigating risks associated with electronic services. A focus is made on four areas: digital channels (e.g., NEOLINK Web Portal, APIs portfolio), transversal services (e.g., Reporting, Enablement and User Access, UX framework, Query Management, Monitoring), product domains services integration in the digital ecosystem (e.g., Custody, Cash, Fund Administration, Transfer Agent, Private Capital services, Hedge Funds services, Forex, Securities Lending, Financing), and finally clients’ usage and digital self-servicing development.
The APAC Regional Transformation Team implement the global strategy and manages the regional specific requirements.
What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?
The APAC Digital Transformation Lead will:
- Implement the global strategy and roll out of the global digital assets described above (as is or taking into account of the regional specificities)
- Manages regional digital products when required for local market or regulatory reasons (preference being to rely first on global assets to secure the streamlining and industrialization of the platform)
- Raise requirements for adaptation of the global assets in the APAC environment
- Promote our 2S platform and all its components internally and externally to secure the growth in usage and the swap to self-servicing (regional digital marketing, contribution to the RFP, clients pitch …)
- Progressively make of the 2S digital platform in APAC a reference (and perceived as such) on the market
- Support exploration/POC initiatives in the Digital Assets space in APAC, contribute to regional working groups as an analyst. Lead APAC market watch in coordination with other business units and join industry working groups and assess opportunities to join industry initiatives.
- Coordinate exploration efforts and deployment of AI driven initiatives and use case testing with regional champions identified. Perform market watch on innovative solutions
- Prepare and run digital governance in APAC to ensure main APAC stakeholders are aware of initiatives being coordinated/stirred in the region in alignment with central team and validate strategy and priorities for the region. Ensure regular touch points are organized with key central stakeholders of the digital transformation domain and digital strategy.

- At least 7 years of experience
- Knowledge and experience in Digital Assets space and AI would be an advantage
