The position at a glance

The Enterprise Services team covers the following areas: Facility Management and Corporate Services, Enterprise Data Management Solutions, Group Procurement, Third‑Party Management, and Location Strategy for CIB Americas.

We are looking for a Project Analyst Manager to support the Location Strategy team, which aims to provide a turnkey service for all activity‑relocation initiatives.

In detail

  • Support project managers in developing and executing relocation‑strategy initiatives for CIB Americas.
  • Assist project managers in delivering their various projects:
  • Ensure the same methodology, approach, and governance are applied across all domains.
  • Consolidate the financial trajectory, ensuring alignment with the Finance department.
  • Monitor and report any deviation from the original target, analyse variances, and report actual versus target budget using available project‑management tools (headcount and budget tracking).
  • Provide end‑to‑end reporting based on the activity dashboard and appropriate KPIs.
  • Independently identify issues and propose innovative solutions.
  • Prepare presentations for internal clients (supporting senior project leads).
  • Participate in market research and data analysis.
  • Exercise judgment and independence in managing individual deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools in Power BI.

The strengths and skills that will help you succeed

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, finance, or business.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or transformation management.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI.- Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Advanced technical abilities, especially in working with spreadsheets and databases.
  • Knowledge of VBA and Python is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex situations and multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Agile, dynamic, with a problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative environment, engage others, and help them resolve issues.
  • Very strong work ethic and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Willingness to go beyond existing frameworks by suggesting new ideas tailored to clients and/or the organization.
  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities and a desire to understand the “why” behind each issue.

*Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Professional working proficiency in English language is required.
