In 2014, BNP Paribas put into place a participative approach, to offer employees new ways to work and new work environments. The aim was to boost collaboration for better collective performance, while also offering a good place to work and an improved work–life balance.

Mobility days 2017
With 190,000 employees of 150 nationalities, BNP Paribas is present in 74 countries and offers a wide variety of career types. Dedicated both to client satisfaction and the professional training and well-being of its employees, the Group endeavours to highlight the full breadth of its know-how and opportunities. In 2017, BNP Paribas plans to hire 18,000 new employees around the world.
From 27 March to 14 April, careers, mobility, talent management, personal development and more will take the stage as BNP Paribas highlights various aspects of professional life at the Group. With a number of business lines, the Group has a wide variety of opportunities, know-how and career paths to offer future talents. This year’s iteration follows a 2016 edition that lived up to its promise with 26 workshops, 18 forums and 12 conferences in 30 countries. In 2017, 150 events will be hosted on mobility and career management in 35 countries, including Canada, Italy, India, Poland, Senegal, Spain, Luxembourg, Ukraine and Morocco.
