Diversity and inclusion with a score of 89.87%, (+14 points**)
Through this topic, Top Employers Institute ensures that BNP Paribas values diversity by creating systems and processes that ensure integration and respect for all. For several years, BNP Paribas has been pursuing a proactive policy in favour of diversity and inclusion. The policy is also the result of the commitment of over 30,000 employees who get involved every day in professional networks and who bring this policy to life all over the world.
The recent launch of the CulturAll network, made up of various local BNP Paribas networks, provides an opportunity for employees to take collective action to support ethnic diversity at all levels of the Group.
Career with a score of 90% (+12 points **)
Well-being with a score of 84.3% (+10 points **)
This rating reflects all of BNP Paribas' actions and commitments to promote each employee’s well-being, both in the workplace and in her/his daily life. Given the health context, working methods and environments were impacted and transformed very quickly. Ensuring the health and well-being of employees, ensuring employment and maintaining their employability has therefore been at the heart of the Group's concerns. The extensive digitalisation plan, which has been in place for 10 years, has allowed us to largely develop remote work, covering up to 140,000 employees worldwide, while continuing to serve customers in the best possible way.
All Human Resources teams are mobilised on a daily basis to ensure the physical and mental well-being of employees at work. In May 2021, BNP Paribas launched the ‘We Care’ program, which allows employees to rethink and upgrade the health and well-being offer at work so that they can more easily find information about listening and support devices. The programme began in France and will gradually be extended to all employees worldwide.
