On 27 February Baudouin Prot inaugurated Cash Customer Service (CCS) in the presence of a hundred guests and members of the Group's General Management.

CCS is a tailored after-sales service for large international Cash Management clients: companies and institutions. It provides them with a single point of contact, who follows their transactions on a daily basis. This contact proactively alerts them in the case of any problems or system malfunction and takes charge of the resolution of these incidents.

This servive is the first of its kind in Europe.
