Organised by Talentys, this second HR Hackathon will be held at School 42, an institution co-founded by Xavier Niel, located at 96 Boulevard Bessières in Paris. This gathering will make it possible to develop an app for Air Liquide, Airbus and BNP Paribas in the field of recruitment, training and performance evaluation. For the 48 hours of the Hackathon, 12 diverse teams of 7 members each will compete head-to-head. Each team will include 3 HR and IT employees from among the partner companies and 4 students from among ten different nationalities from several institutions, including School 42.
At the end of the Hackathon, 4 awards will be presented to the winning teams, including a Grand Prize, which will honour what may prove to be the HR app of the future.
