On November 13, BNP Paribas hosted the first employer branding event in France in collaboration with Glassdoor. An event to share best practices around employer branding and transparency in the workplace.
Sixty participants from major French companies but also HR World watchers came to debate on a central question: "How transparency in the workplace shakes up candidates' decision" ?
Robert Hohman, Glassdoor's CEO and founder and Diarmuid Russell, International Managing Director at Glassdoor, explained the impact of transparency on the reputation of a company and its recruitment strategy. Their interventions were complemented by the testimony of L'Oréal, Orange and BNP Paribas.
