Compliance at BNP Paribas.
One of Compliance’s core tasks is to help BNP Paribas remain a trustworthy business, its clients’ favoured long-term partner. Compliance is a function that’s on the move: regulatory, geopolitical and societal changes put it increasingly at the crossroads of the strategy and day-to-day activities of the Bank and its clients. Compliance also has to ensure the security of the Group, its business lines and geographies, which involves adapting to the ever more demanding needs of regulators, clients and public opinion.
BNP Paribas and recruiting.
Every year, BNP Paribas recruits a lot of talented people. In 2015 and 2016, BNP Paribas plans to recruit over 1,000 people to strengthen its Compliance function worldwide and in all of the Bank’s areas of activity.
