Téléperformance, one of the world's leading telephone and Internet marketing companies, organized the first competition in Lebanon in which some fifty companies participated.

On the basis of calls and e-mails from mystery shoppers, Téléperformance measured speed of response, pertinence and businesslike manner, and follow-up of requests over the month of March.

BNPI won first prize for e-mail customer service quality.
