We have recruited work-study applicants for more than 20 years, and remain convinced that this can be an extremely valuable springboard for professional development. Work-study programs at BNP Paribas provide exceptional learning opportunities, allowing you to apply knowledge and skills in a real professional context for a period of one to two years. Employed under a fixed-term contract while on your work-study program, you will obtain a high-level professional qualification in recognition of the experience you acquire. Focusing on the opportunity to join us with a long-term view, which is the case for nearly half of all those who complete work-study program with us!
Each year, we offer 2,000 final-year internships lasting six months or more to talented young students eager to learn by working alongside our teams. These students acquire meaningful work experience by joining one of our teams and are each assigned a mentor to provide support and guidance.
V.I.E (International Corporate Volunteer Program)
Thanks to our extensive worldwide presence in 68 countries, we can help you define your career path through a life-changing experience as a V.I.E volunteer in an international business environment. You will join one of our teams abroad during 12 to 24 months. Over 300 VIE positions are available each year at BNP Paribas.
The V.I.E contract is offered in the form of a tripartite agreement signed between BNP Paribas SA, Ubifrance (the French agency managing the V.I.E program), and you. As required by French law, Ubifrance is your employer for the duration of your V.I.E.

Secure and optimize the pursuit of a career for disabled employees by taking the relevant useful measures (e.g. adapted workstations),
Raise awareness and provide training for all managers and employees,
Increase recourse to sheltered workshops and adapted enterprises.
