Private Capital - Fund Domiciliation & Corporate Team Intern (M/F)
CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
As integral part of Private Capital department at BNP Paribas, succursale de Luxembourg, fund domiciliation & corporate governance services are offered to clients to maintain administrative and legal requirements, to ensure high-level and prompt service delivery being compliant with laws and deadlines, in a context in perpetual changes.
You will join the PC Funds Domiciliation & Corporate Team as an Intern.
WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
The tasks entrusted to the Funds Domiciliation & Corporate Intern are diversified:
Key Responsibilities & Expected result area
• Keep track of the status of board minutes on a weekly basis and consolidate the relevant minutes logs.
Classification : Internal
• Take care of the administrative sorting and archiving of documents of the domiciliation team in the compactus.
• Rename and classify electronic documents on the drive for the team.
• Assist the domiciliation & corporate officer during board meetings and take notes.
• Be in charge of the redaction and/or duplication of minutes after the board meetings.
• Be involved in the preparation of quarterly board meetings (e.g. assist in composing board packs per entities, send invitations to board members/auditors/other participants, book meeting rooms in the event of the given meeting is on site).
• Draft emails for requesting or sending files to, inter alia, notaries, lawyers, auditors (tax documents, invoices, signed board meetings minutes…).
• Update every day the documents log (that is a directory of all documents signed by an entity) and the minutes log (recording all board meetings held) under the supervision of the deputed fund & corporate domiciliation officer for his/her review.
• Be involved in the drafting and amendment of memos and procedures for the internal domiciliation processes.
• Collaborate with other teams within the private capital department (e.g., client account managers, KYC team);
• Arrange and collect documents for the board pack preparation, and in relation to the lifecycle of the companies, e.g., incorporation, liquidations, transfer out.
• Be involved in the preparation of general administrative documents (e.g., power of attorneys, acceptance letters, shareholder registers) under the supervision of the deputed fund & corporate domiciliation officer for his/her review.
• Organise team events (after works, team lunches, team activities, etc.).

Professional experience and/or degree
Currently working towards a degree in a business school or in the field of finance, management, law or administration, you are attracted by the discovery of a dynamic department in which you would play a key role regarding the team’s organization. You have a strong interest in working for banking, private companies, investment funds and you have notions of what private equity is.
